1. 120‑Day Satisfaction Promise

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 120 days of delivery at all-reviews@all-reviews.com to request assistance.

Your order is covered by our 120‑Day Satisfaction Promise and we will work with you according to the terms below.

2. Keep‑the‑Product Option (Partial Refund)

In some cases, we may offer an optional partial refund without requiring the product to be returned. If you accept this option, the order is considered closed and you will no longer be eligible for any additional refund or exchange related to that purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund (RMA Required)

3.1 Contact Support

Email our team at all-reviews@all-reviews.com with the subject line “Refund Request – Order #_____”. We will confirm eligibility and send you a Refund Form to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.

3.2 Submit the Refund Form

Complete the Refund Form to obtain your unique RMA code. Returns without a valid RMA cannot be processed.

3.3 Ship Your Return Within 7 Calendar Days

Within 7 days of receiving your RMA, send back all product units (empty or unopened) and any included bonuses or gifts, include the packing slip, and clearly write your RMA code on the outside of the package.

Use a trackable shipping method and email the tracking number to all-reviews@all-reviews.com. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries or “Return to Sender” parcels.

Returns sent to any other address or without a valid RMA code cannot be processed.

5. What Gets Refunded

  • Refunds are limited to the product price paid.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non‑refundable.
  • Approved refunds may be subject to a return‑processing fee of up to 20% of the order value to cover inspection, handling, restocking, and payment‑processing costs.

Incomplete returns (for example, missing items or bonuses) may receive a pro‑rated refund or be deemed ineligible. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

6. Processing Times

Inspection and approval typically take 3–5 business days after the returned package arrives at our facility. Your bank or card issuer may then take an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds to your account. We will send a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

7. Eligibility Limits & Verification

  • Only one refund per product per household is allowed within a rolling 12‑month period.
  • Bulk, wholesale, or reseller orders are not eligible.

We reserve the right to request additional verification (such as proof of purchase, photos of the product, or brief usage information) and to decline requests in cases of suspected misuse, such as repeated returns or altered products.
